We are so glad you asked. In this 6 week program, clients will experience multiple forms of exercise that we offer here at Pilates Tempe within a fast-tracked, 6 week series. By combining muscular & cardiovascular training with the toning, lengthening and balance principals of Pilates and Yoga, clients will gain a comprehensive look at a full body workout program targeting various mediums of exercise to gain optimum body balance.
This program is designed to to get people moving, break barriers to exercise, and kickstart clients to commit to a regular exercise regime. Clients can expect 4 full-body workouts each week incorporating weights, resistance training, cardio, plyometrics, reformer pilates, yoga and more. All within 24 workouts. Within the 6 week period, clients will begin to form healthy habits that will serve as a pathway to positively progress their physical body, increase energy levels, and find mind-body connection.
Most importantly, the main goal of the warrior series is to inspire clients to find their own confidence and motivation for daily movement – and have fun while doing it 🙂
